Most diets out there want you to fail.

This is why you feel like a failure.

In order to lose weight, we need to stick to eating fewer calories over a period of time - it really is that simple, but not that easy.

Unfortunately, this is where most diets/coaches stop.

They help you lose weight if you stick to their approaches but they don't teach you what to do afterwards.

This is what makes us different from the diet industry.

They focus on the short-term solution of losing weight but not the long-term solution of helping their clients live their life to the max.

The fitness industry is about delivering short-term transformations that look good on paper but don't deliver lasting change.

They rely on people like you to continually buy their books, subscribe to their apps and do their 90-day programs.

Rather than setting you up to live your life without them.

This is WRONG.

We don't want you to need us for the rest of your life.

We want you to live your life WITHOUT our help and tell your friends about it.

You see, what we do is take our time to build a relationship with you as an individual, show you it’s possible to re-define who you are and align your choices with your priorities.

Allowing you to not only get into great shape but stay that way for good.

All without giving up your favourite foods, alcohol, or all the joy in life.

We're not your average fit-pro coaches.

We hate eating clean.

Salads are fine, but I find them a bit meh.

BUT we love craft beer and red wine

We love burgers, pizzas and ice cream.

So we teach people how to get results while enjoying those things they love too.

Because that's what life is all about, feeling good, looking good AND living your life to the max.

So, you could sign up for that weight loss program your friend told you about or try Slimming World, Weight Watchers, [insert fad here] one more time...

Then this 6-month coaching programme is going to be for you.

Here's what you get and how it's going to work:

  • Every fortnight you'll receive a habit to work on based on food/lifestyle. Each day for the two weeks you will follow this habit exclusively, rather than worrying about following 7 billion different things.
  • Each day Sunday to Thursday you'll receive an email lesson directly to your inbox. This daily lesson will be short, sharp and actionable to the habit at the time. Allowing you to build your habits up gradually over time, never feeling overwhelmed or short on time.
  • You will get access to our private Next Step Nutrition app. This is where you will track your habits and keep track of your progress, so that you can see your body and results changing over time. This app will also host the workouts...
  • We will provide you a daily workout. Each workout will have a gym or home-based option and scaleable options to suit all abilities. These are optional of course. We'll use cutting edge science with functional training to have you moving well and burning fat without burning you out.
  • You will get access to our Facebook community with the coaches and fellow participants. In this group you can ask a question at any time and connect with like-minded people for support and accountability. This is also where we will host a weekly live video.
  • Each week, the live video will focus on the habit at the time, providing more info, education, answering questions and helping you make this ultimate transformation. Don't worry if you can't make it live. Each session is recorded and left in the FB group for you to watch at your own convenience.
  • Each month, you will check in with us with a short form, while taking some bodily measurements, to fill us in with your progress, see how you're making progress, and keep us updated. This will be done via the app using a short google form that will be friendly on any device.
  • For this whole programme, you'll follow along on any device that connects to the internet, meaning you can keep on track no matter what life throws at you, and you'll get the transformation you've always wanted.
